We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

Email us at info@bullringrugs.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
